Find your place and make it work for you. My place is in the weight room. Strengthening my muscles. I would never believe that I would be at home in the weight room. I would have told you that I do cardio for life. I do like my cardio (at times), but I see my strength increasing and my muscles shaping under this fat. Keep working and your results will reveal themselves. Trust and believe it.

This is actually 2 large chili's, 1 can of black beans, 2 cans of corn & 2 cups of butternut squash,1can of crushed tomatoes &1 packet of hot chili seasoning my guess is it will make 10 servings. So this is me. Real life. No filter. I workout in my basement by myself. I have 1 mirror that is covered with kid hand prints, dust and lord knows what else. I have crappy lighting, it’s cold down here and usually a total disaster with kids toys. All my mamas know what it’s like to step on LEGO in barefeet! Insert 🤬I can’t take my own picture, I suck at it. The phone usually falls over before the timer goes off. I usually look like a dork. My muscles don’t show most of the time, even though I’m flexing really hard. I take 8 thousand pictures to maybe get 1 decent one. I am definitely not photo shopped. I don’t wear make up when i workout and my hair looks like squirrels ran through it. I laugh at myself a lot. I also dance around during my workouts, pretty sure my neighbour thinks it’s Dance Party USA most days😂. I wouldn’t have it any other way! For all my real women out there, busting their hump in basements, garages, outside or wherever! You’re doing an awesome job!
