SET A GOAL FOR YOURSELF! 🧐 By setting a goal for yourself you’re creating something to work for. Think about a person who does fitness but gets demotivated. Then he starts doing a competition and has a goal again what he trains for. 🎯 - 3. DO THE TASK EVERY DAY FOR 60 DAYS LONG. 🏆 Research has shown that if you continue to do a task for 60+ day it starts becoming a habit. 2 weeks ago I still needed a hand-off for doubles with these weights. 1 week ago I could take out this weight myself for fours. This week I don't have to hit that weight, but I think I can say my benchies are coming back. YAY. Quite pleased with the progress despite going from 5 to 3 PL training days a week and fucked up sleep.
