💥It's crazy to think that the best fitness results I've gotten so far was from working out in my living room💥 Being an introvert & having anxiety, I can only be around a big group of people for so long. 💥 The gym has always given me anxiety and overwhelmed me. Half the time I was so self conscious that I wouldn't even complete my workouts at the gym or I would go at odd hours when I knew no one would be there. There would be times where I'd walk in and see it was crowded and I would leave. I'm not bashing the gym at all cause if that's your jam and it works for you then keep doing you💥👍🏼 For me personally working out at home has become my jam & I found it has some perks😏 💥I don't have to worry about driving to & from the gym 💥No more anxiety or feeling self conscious 💥I get to workout virtually with my fit bffs🏋🏻‍♀️ 💥I have my virtual trainers to keep me motivated 💥If you're like me & find the gym overwhelming; feel free to click the link in my bio to join my Fit Bff group💥

Tienen piernas muy fuertes, hombros anchos y cintura estrecha. En general también tienen poca grasa. 🏋🏻‍♀️🏋🏼‍♂️ENTRENAMIENTO DE FUERZA PARA MESOMORFOS: Cuanto más variado sea el entrenamiento, mejores resultados. Entrenamientos con pesas pesadas de intensidad baja o moderada, así como entrenamiento con el propio peso. Ejercicios básicos (sentadillas, lunges, deadlifts, rows, chest press, shoulder press, etc.) con peso, seguidos por ejercicios de aislamiento con pesos ligeros o moderados. ✅Intenta hacer 8-12 repeticiones para la mayoría de los ejercicios. Cuando entrenes las piernas, puedes incorporar pesos pesados con 6 repeticiones y con pesos ligeros o sin pesos con 25-30 repeticiones con 3-5 series. Añade otra actividad de entrenamiento de fuerza que te parezca divertida y quieras probar, como el entrenamiento con banda de resistencia. 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ENTRENAMIENTO DE CARDIO PARA MESOMORFOS: 3 días a la semana durante 15-30 minutos. 💡Combinación de HIIT y LISS. HIIT (entrenamiento a intervalos de alta intensidad por sus siglas en inglés) y el LISS (entrenamiento aeróbico de baja intensidad por sus siglas en inglés).
