It’s sometimes challenging in a busy life of work, training, family, friends and obligations. But you can make it simple by breaking down what your body needs. Everyone’s sweat rate and nutrition needs vary. . Simple hydration is add some pink salt to your water and foods, electrolytes ( @nuunhydration ) at every workouts, preload hydration for long bikes & runs, and watch your pee color (dark is bad!). One (1) bottle of water per hour. . Nutrition needs should stay clean with extra carbs for energy and recovery, protein to build and support muscle repair, and enough calories for perform #gainzz. Don’t skimp on fuel! And don’t stuff yourself with crap or you’ll feel like crap 💩! #nutritiontips I could go on and on about nutrition specifics.
