BreakFAST are you an intermittent faster, early eater, or regular 3x a day eater? This bowl will fill you up and keep you full!! It's got 30g of protein, high in fibre, complex carbohydrates, natural sweetener. It's a modified recipe from Forks Over Knives. For a bowl with 125g of the oat mixture, 1/4c pumpkin seeds, and 3 TBS of Hemp Hearts, 1c of almond milk. We're looking at 30g of protein, just over 500 calories. Can be eaten warm or cold, depending on your preference. One batch lasts us about 5 days when eaten by our family of 3. Here's the modified recipe: 2C Dates Put into a pot with 1 1/2C water and bring to a boil for 10mins. Let cool. Pour dates into blender, add 2 ripe bananas, 1/4c cinnamon, 2Tbs Ginger powder, splash of salt. Blend on high until it's smooth. Pour blender mix over 8 cups of gluten free oats (either flaked, or quick) and bake off for 45mins at 270F in the oven. Flipping at 15min intervals. Let cool and store in sealed container. Give it a try, when my toddler is being picky he'll still eat this (he only gets the hemp hearts). I'd love to hear what you'd add to it!! Sometimes I sub in pumpkin spice, sometimes apple pie spice(then add cut up apples and walnuts). 🦃🥗🍏Krůtí maso na salátu z quinoy, cukety, řapíkatého celeru, ředkviček, rukoly a jarní cibulky, pro osvežení doplněný zeleným a granátovým jablkem a výslednou chuť propojuje zálivka z olivového oleje a citronové šťávy. Quinou namočíme na 10 min do studené vody, poté vaříme 15 min v osoleném vývaru a po uvaření necháme 10 min odpočinout. Mezitím na ghee lehce opečeme kousky cukety, zeleného jablka a tenké plátky řapíkatého celeru. Osolíme a necháme vychladnout. Kousky krůtího prsa osolíme, opepříme, zakápneme olivovým olejem a pečeme 25min v troubě na 200st. Ředkvičky pokrájíme na tenká kolečka, jarní cibulku na šikmo, vyloupeme semínka z granátového jablka.
