#TRANSFORMATIONTUESDAY This is mental for me to see how small and skinny I was just 1 and a half years ago! The left photo is just before I finished my A-levels and the right photo is this week, in the middle of my second year at uni👉🏼 I can’t believe how little there was to me in the first photo but I thought I was in the shape of my life, I was obsessed with cardio and food and even ate salad (lol ew who was I) and although it consumed all my thoughts, I was so happy with how I looked and always strived for that ‘thigh gap’ 👉🏼 Second photo I’d say I’m really really healthy, mentally and physically. Food is enjoyable and it’s everything in moderation (except fries because lol who can eat fries in moderation) and I treat myself allllll the time because why not? I’m happy with my figure and I understand that food is needed to fuel the muscular, curvy physique I aspire too. My muscle mass is double the first photo and I never really do cardio, just weights all the time and the odd sprinting session if I’m feeling chubby 😂 I personally prefer the look on the right and for me it’s more sustainable what with it allowing me to eat much more and avoid the dreaded cardio, and it is much easier to maintain my physique due to the healthy relationship with food I have. Ladies just eat protein and squat, pls 🙏🏼🍑🍕

Here’s a little leg #transformationtuesday for you guys! On the left I was hungry, exhausted, and striving so hard for those stick legs! ....😨 Now I have strong legs that I continue to lift heavier with and I couldn’t be happier! 😍😇 Back then I was so focused on what other people thought, now I do it for ME! What I wanted to look like has changed so drastically when I look back on old pictures of my fitness journey. I was never “tiny” enough in my opinion when I was that size and I think that’s sick that I would think that way! Now I feel like I can never be too strong and the sky is the limit as far as muscle building goes 💪🏼 I’m so so happy with my appearance and level of strength currently but now I strive to become stronger👏🏽🙏🏽

❗Die Zahl auf der Waage❗ . . ➡um ehrlich zu sein war diese Zahl bis vor kurzem mir noch sehr sehr wichtig, Ich wollte unbedingt mein Wunschgewicht haben. Ja ich habe 18 Kilo abgenommen und die Zahl auf der Waage macht mich mittlerweile glücklich, zur Zeit aber tut sich da gar nichts auf der Waage, dafür kann ich mein Gürtel mittlerweile wieder ein Loch enger machen 🙌 . . ➡ das liegt wohl daran das wir nun anfangen bei mir meinen Körper zu formen 💪 der Umfang wird weniger 👌🏻 und eventuell werden auch in ein paar Wochen wieder mehr Kilos drauf stehen, Ich aber weniger/geformter aussehen 💪😍 . . ➡ Fazit also ; Muskeln sind nicht deutlich schwerer als Fett, sondern wiegen bei gleichem Volumen aufgrund ihrer höheren Dichte ca. 15 % mehr. Sprich, fett hat einfach wesentlich weniger dichte.
