*OFFICIALLY A PT, A GRADUATE, & THE COMPLETE CUT* • In the space of one week, 3 huge things happened: 1. I AM OFFICIALLY A QUALIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER 2. I COMPLETED MY CUT!!! 3. I GRADUATED! • If that isn’t a successful week then I don’t know what is and I am currently on top of the world 🙏🏻 Now, PLANS.. • Personal Training: So i am slowly going to set up my business and finally start chasing my dreams and personal training people. Expect BIG THINGS in the coming months regarding my personal training and clientele, ONLINE COACHING etc and everything...and watch this space for a shift in content toward more personal trainer-esque content versus just a fitness journey of my own. I will still upkeep my own fitness exploits, but not to worry as on the whole... @t8fit is going to see mass improvements in content as the entire page gets revamped. Watch. This. Space. ✅ • I FINISHED MY CUT!!! This is by the BIGGEST, LEANEST and BEST I have ever looked at the end of a cut and I could not be happier with the results! Currently weighing in between 146lb-147lb down from 154-155lb. I didn’t drop calories drastically, I still ate my favourite foods, I never starved myself, dieting can be and IS simple.
