Tostadas francesas, solo que cortadas en tiritas 🍞 . . . Es una preparación sencilla, deliciosa y nutritiva que sirve como desayuno o merienda. . . . Ingredientes: ✨ 2 rebanadas de pan integral ✨ 1 huevo entero ✨ 1 cdta de polvo de hornear ✨ 1 cda de vainilla ✨ 1 chorrito de leche de almendra (o cualquier otra) Preparación: 1. En un bowl se coloca el huevo, la vainilla, el polvo de hornear y la leche. 2. Aparte se corta las tajas de pan en tiras (no muy delgadas) 3. Se pasan la tiritas en el bowl con los ingredientes previamente mezclados 4. En un sartén colocar las tiras listas 5. Cocinar por ambos lados 6. Servir con frutas, miel o mermelada de su preferencia . . . Esto equivale a 1 1/2 Carbohidrato, 1 proteína y 1 Fruta. Proats = protein + oats and they will change the way you eat oatmeal forever! 😍 Did you know the average person needs .7-1.0g of protein per pound they weigh PER DAY to sustain lean muscle and support metabolism? So, for example, if you weigh 150lbs you need 105-150g of protein per day. Getting this much protein in does not come naturally to most people - it's something you need to be extremely mindful of! That's why I am SO grateful we have amazing protein options that taste like dessert instead of dry chicken or tilapia! Anyway, this morning I combined 1/2 cup cooked old fashioned oats, 1 scoop of undenatured whey protein (18g of protein), a decent size spoonful of crunchy peanut butter, half of a chopped apple, a dash of cinnamon, and a scoop of our amazing fiber powder (because pregnancy = constipation, let's be real) 🙈 Do you make proats?
