A Sunday morning well spent sure brings this girl a week of content! Meal plan is done and am picking up groceries later this morning. Sure there are some holes here due to social events and what not, but that’s why I love to meal plan! By doing so, I make sure that the rest of the week is filled with nutritious, healthy options to keep me feeling good. He has more than 788,000 subscribers on YouTube and more than 1,000,000 followers on Instagram. Christian started the fitness journey back in high school, he was consistent with his diet and training , he was the local guru and everyone referred to him for workouts and tips. His youtube beginnings were in the intention to share his training knowledge with people and help them eventually reach their fitness goals. He went then to college , after a year and a half , he dropped out to start a coaching business but realized that he was making money online more than he did coaching. The biggest obstacle was his family whom tried to prevent him from doing such a leap of faith and here he is now on top of the fitness industry. It took him one year to reach 5000 subscribers and another year to reach 20.000 subscribers but he was consistent and followed his goals to the finish line , he believed that one day he would reach the top and he did , he focused on his flaws and improved them and made content better each time than the previous one. He built himself from scratch and followed his dreams and believed in himself … that what made him the successful man he is today , hard work always pays off.

Essential prepping to get us through a healthy couple of weeks! . . Improving your health and well-being starts in the kitchen guys. Cliche but fact!!!
I will be the first to admit that I struggle with excessively worrying about things that A) do not matter, or B) I don’t have control over. Whenever I find myself falling into these mental traps, there’s been a few techniques that I HAVE found to work. They might not work for everyone, but I encourage giving everything a try with an open mind⤵️ - 1) I take a step back, close my eyes, and remind myself of the amazing things I’ve been given in life that I should be GRATEFUL🙌🏼 for. I take my worries, and find a way to find gratitude within them. One way I’ve physically done this is by keeping a journal (look a few posts back for how I do it🔙), and on one of the pages I have a long and growing list of phrases and thoughts that make me feel better and help to “re-center” me when I’m in a bad place. An example of one of the phrases is simply “Accept yourself while you are growing or while you’re failing” - 2) I will take my worries or thoughts and picture storing them away in a box inside and placing them in a locked closet. If they do not help me right NOW, then I put them away. You can even take out a physical box and lock it away (I know a few people who have done this and it seriously works!) - The next post will be a list of simple things you can control every day! 💛
