There I was, a die hard peanut butter fan trying to load up my day with calories with a spot of baking. I finally narrowed down on these decadent peanut butter cookies filled with enough peanut butter variants prepping for an overdose. Not that I am complaining. Reese’s butter cups formed the perfect icing on this crumbly cookie and the texture was just phenomenal. Thanks @sallysbakeblog for this lovely recipe. Cheers to the weekend everyone!

Diisi cream cheese filling enak bangett ❤❤❤ buat cemilan pas ujan2 begini cocoklah Bomboloni with Cream Cheese Filling Recipe : tintinrayner Recooked and modified by @imaanoona Bahan A : 350 g Tepung Cakra 150 g Tepung Segitiga 80 g Gula Pasir 4 butir Kuning Telur 2 butir Putih Telur 220 cc Air Es (air dingin banget) 10 g Ragi Instan 10 gr Susu Bubuk Bahan B : 5 g Garam 100 g Butter Filling : 100 g Cream Cheese 25 g Butter 40 g Gula Halus 1/2 sdt Vanilla Essense Cara membuat : 1. Aduk semua bahan A kering, masukan sisa bahan, mixer sampai kalis. 2. Masukkan bahan B, mixer lg sampe elastis. 3. Gilas adonan, timbang sesuai keinginan lalu bulatkan. 4. Diamkan sampe mengembang 2x lipat, sekitar 40 mnt. 5. Goreng dalam minyak panas sedang cukup dibalik 1x aja sampai matang. Angkat dan dinginkan. Isian : • Kocok cream cheese dan butter hingga rata, lalu masukkan gula halus dan vanilla, kocok hingga rata. Sisihkan. FRIDAY NIGHT SNACKS // 🍿🍿 Salted Caramel Popcorn 🍿🍿 . Without the dairy or refined sugar ✅ . It was honestly so hard not to eat the entire bowl while taking this photo and that’s the reason you can see it’s actually half empty on the other side 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ . . 🍿 POPCORN I cooked my popcorn on the stove in 2 Tbs of Nuttelex Lite. Firstly I melted the nuttelex on the stove and then on medium heat I added 1/2 Cup of popcorn kernels and popped the lid on. The popcorn will pop rather quickly and once you start to go a second or two without a pop you can take it off the heat. . . 🍿🍿 Caramel Sauce 1/2 Cup Honey 2 Tbs Nuttelux (or alternative) 1 Tbs Coconut Oil 1 tsp Vanilla A pinch of salt . HOW TO MAKE: 1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a saucepan. Melt and combine. 2️⃣ Pour over the pot of popcorn and mix so each piece is coated nicely. 3️⃣ Allow to set. - if you live in Perth you’ll want to store in the fridge otherwise if it’s a little cooler the bench is fine 😊️
