We love pizza. We love burgers. Mix them together and you get this awesome recipe. So delicious it almost feels like I’m cheating on keto. Ingredients * Fathead dough recipe: * 2 oz cream cheese * 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella * 1 egg beaten * 1/4 tsp garlic powder * 1/3 cup almond flour * Mozzarella Cheese * Pepperoni * 2 burger patties cook before wrapping in dough. * Pizza sauce Instructions 1. Preparing the fathead dough- melt cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwave safe dish. Mix until well combined. 2. In a separate bowl, beat egg into almond flour. Mix into cheese mixture. Keep mixing until dough forms. It will be sticky. 3. Spoon dough onto plastic wrap, cover and refrigerate until firm. 4. Dust dough with almond flour, place between plastic or parchment paper to roll out into two pieces. 5. Place burger on dough. Top with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Wrap dough around patty. 6. Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes. Recipe Notes Dough is easiest to work with when VERY cold and set. Chocolate Peppermint Cookies (recipe is from @fooddreamer) simple and tasty... but no matter how cute the idea seems don’t make them tiny... cause it takes forever 😂 mine are about 1in... the recipe calls for 3in and says it makes 24. A while back I talked about my love of pimento/sweet cherry peppers. Well, I still love them! I’m beginning to put them on everything and after having a delicious queso dip at a restaurant, I knew I had to recreate it with sweet cherry peppers. ‍ INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon butter ½ small onion, chopped 6 whole pimento peppers 1 cup heavy whipping cream ⅛ teaspoon xanthan gum ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese ‍ NUTRITION This makes a total of 10 servings of Keto Queso Dip. * OMAD, flip day edition! . Sigh. Okay you guys...I have a problem. . I want ALL the breakfast things 🍳 . Like, I could legitimately do a week of eating nothing but breakfast for each meal and never repost the exact same thing. Does anyone else feel this way?? Maybe I SHOULD do this... . Anyhow, I made keto protein noats AGAIN because I'm ridiculous & I just love them.
