✨✨IM CHEAP AND I KNOW IT✨✨ 🤣🤣 jokes but I do hate to spend money when it’s not really needed, and especially just to save a few minutes. I mean have you noticed how much more those pre-cut veg packs cost? And you get less???? CRAZY!!! Not for me, I’ll just spend less, get more and create my own ‘pre-cut’ veg ready to chuck in the pan when I’m ready. Saving that 💷💷💷 where’s all my money savers???
I can't stop grilling & making all the summery foodz so today we're (surprise surprise) grilling again and making this southwest potato salad from my blog! I'm doing my meal prep for the week on the grill because it legit DOES NOT GET EASIER than throwing a bunch of meat and veggies on the grill and eating awesome food for the rest of the week. There's so many variations of spices and marinades that I truly can never get bored with it + count me IN on not having 82859 dishes to wash 🙌🏻 I'm going to start experimenting with grilled foil packets too because that sounds like an even EASIER meal prep (or, ya know, #lazygirlmealprep 😂) What're your fave things to grill?! I need all the ideas!
- I LOVE LOVE LOVE cauliflower rice so when I seen it was almost a staple in 2B Mindset I was so pumped! Do you write things down? And i mean any and everything!! I’m super old school 👵🏼 and a tree killer (not by choice) but I prefer writing things in my notebook to make things real and tangible. Anything from to do lists, to goals, to miscellaneous thoughts, to journaling, to podcast ideas... this bad boy has helped me stay on track and travels with me most days in my purse. It doesn’t have to be pretty (I’ve seen some impressive bullet journaling entries)... and as a matter of fact the inside of mine looks like scribble and diagrams and flowcharts but it serves me well (it’s my very own language lol). How many people have said “I’m too busy to meal prep and eat healthy”? I hate to be harsh...but that’s nothing but an excuse. We are all busy in our own way. I know PLENTY of moms out there who work full time, take their kids to after-school activities, and still have time to meal prep and workout! Am I right @anne.lopez.9 ?! Anyway, here’s my super easy lunch meal prep. It doesn’t have to be some fancy, hour long meal prep every weekend. This is salad in a bag, garbanzo beans, and artichokes.
