Turn your weaknesses into your strengths. I love working on my upper body because it’s where I am strongest. My lower body, however, is where I am weakest- which is why I use to skip leg day ALL THE TIME! I don’t like feeling weak, but how can I get stronger if I don’t work on my weak points? I’ve been pushing myself to train legs twice a week and... I’m starting to actually like it! Growth takes time, and I’m starting to see some results!
