Whoop whoop guess who just finished her program after only just 21days?? Uh this girl right here 🙋🏼 I mean don’t they say “ it takes 21 days to create a habit, BUT it takes 90 days to create a lifestyle” and boy does it feel good to have made this a lifestyle. I mean waking up always feeling refreshed, sore, and ready to improve your health, mind, and body? Pshh I think so! . This program was all at home workouts, using 1-2 sets of weights, very little room, and following a eating plan that I help YOU create. ( yes it’s REAL delicious food) too be honest with y’all... I only lost 3 pounds- but that NOT why I do it. I do it to feel good, build my endurance, build strong muscle so that when I’m older, I’m more healthy. I also probably could have gotten better results however- I love food WAY too much so I kinda followed that 70/30 rule😆. . But I’m starting a #fitmas challenge after this holiday and I would love if YOU joined me and my girls. You can do this!
