Kürbisrisotto Man merkt, dass Kürbiszeit ist hier auf Insta 😂 und da werde ich dann jetzt wohl mal dazu beitragen, dass das auch so bleibt. Außerdem werfe ich das dann auch mal noch in den Topf für die #foodyandspicy Challenge von @dani_fitlifestyle @foodyboard und @spice_bar Nachdem ich glaub die letzten drei Durchgänge immer mitgemacht habe wollen wir diese Serie ja nicht unterbrechen 🙈 Ansonsten noch ein paar "technische" Hinweise: 1. Hokkaido funktioniert genauso, mit anderen Kürbissorten habe ich es noch nicht probiert. 2. Ihr könnt natürlich auch noch einen Schuss Weißwein reingeben, aber bei uns trinkt zuhause keiner Alkohl und dann wär der Rest der Flasche verschwendet. 3. Wenn euer Reis eine kürzere Garzeit habt, gebt ihn einfach später dazu. Zutaten: ⚫75g Risottoreis ⚫200g Butternutkürbis ⚫1 EL Instantgemüsebrühe 1. Kürbis schälen und kleinschneiden. 2. Alles zusammen mit 400ml Wasser in einen Topf geben und ca. 20min köcheln. I love them soooo much ❤❤❤ Today I have prepared #mushroomsoup out of: .1potato .1/2 cauliflower .1/2 butternut squash .3 onions .3 carrots .800-900gr mushrooms .2 tbsp coconut oil .salt .black pepper . . Fry the onion in 2 tbsp of oil. Ones its gold add it in to your chopped ingredients with 2 liters of water. Cook for 30mins. Had some chickpea dough left, added some persil, spinach and cumin and turned them into a baked mini #falafel Eggplants (and my red bell pepper touch) were made into a #babaganoush and it was all paired with garlic broccolis, roasted pumpkin (because I do pumpkin whenever I can) and a big beetroot/tomatoes salad 🥗 😋 —— PT: essa coisa de dieta do mediterrâneo é uma coisa boa de mais!!! Low Fat Avocado Base Quiche - not your typical pastry as this one is made from avocado, not butter! For one small quiche (9 inch tin) 🥑 ~ Ingredients: - 1 large ripe avocado - 2 cups plain flour (add more if needed to kneed into a dough) - 3 medium eggs - 1/2 cup milk - 1 Cup cheese Optional filling ingredients (other vegetables can be used): - 1 spring onion - handful of plum tomatoes - spices for flavour Method: 1. Mash avocado and mix with flour and kneed into a dough. Layer into quiche tin and poke a few holes with a fork. 2. Bake in oven at 180 degrees C for 10 mins until slightly crisp. 3. Prepare filling - whisk eggs, milk, vegetables, half of the cheese and spices together and then pour into quiche base once it has cooked. 4. Sprinkle leftover cheese on top 5.
