Happy Saturday everyone! I started the day with a fabulous sweaty workout this morning (2 miles on a treadmill + @leeannefitness ARMS & ABS) while husband played basketball with the kids. Now sipping on @rebbl coconut milk 🥥matcha latte for a little pick me up (love the gentle boost from natural caffeine in matcha!), then park with kids and a date night with the hubs 🙌❤️ Great day all around! @getfitwjessica Some days are easier than others, there has been days when I don’t feel like doing anything but laying in bed all day and there are days when I’m ready to put my running shoes on and go! This journey is not easy. It comes with frustrations, guilt, road blocks and soreness but also along the way, you can gain strength, confidence, happiness and a more positive attitude. Everyday that passes I learn something new and everyday that passes I am thankful that I decided to take on this journey and I am BEYOND thankful that I can inspire so many people around the world THAT I DONT EVEN KNOW PERSONALLY and everyday I wake up feeling blessed to know that you all are rooting for me constantly even on my bad days! Do you have trouble sleeping ⁉️ . . Last night I was tossing and turning all night. When I finally decided to look at my phone I noticed it was 4 AM- the nerve! If you had a bad night of rest last night don’t feel like you’re alone. Thankfully, there’s things we can all do to relax and prepare our bodies better for a full night of sleep 💤 . . . Sleep specialists say that to avoid insomnia we need to go to sleep without any thoughts in our heads. WE ALL KNOW it’s not easy to set aside worries, pending issues, important conversations that need to be had, and our dreams. . . Before going to bed tonight tru and transform your worries into a peaceful hum. I wish there was a switch you could turn on an off but it’s all about reaching a relaxed state. I take a nice hot bath 🛀 and follow up with my nightly beauty routine. I put my face creams on (shout out v-lift 💁‍♀️ for wrinkles and expression lines) then massage my Gel-v hot 🔥 into my legs, thighs and booty.
