Hi guys !!!👋 Do you love granola as much as I do? I’ve been craving chocolate granola like crazy so a few days ago I decided to make my own. It is super simple but I promise it tastes incredibly good! To make it I only used oats, a few dates, cinnamon, vanilla extract and cacao powder. That’s all. I baked ir in the oven for 13 minutes at 180°C .I hope you had a wonderful day. If you didn’t have a very good day remember it’s okay not to be okay. It is so important to let our emotions flow, if we don’t they stay inside of us blocking us. Whenever you feel like giving up, try to remember why you started. Sometimes we let the little things steal our happiness and we end up drowning in waves of negative thoughts. Do you ever feel like you have the weight of the whole world on your shoulders? Sometimes I do, especially when I hold onto grudges and I focus on the things that didn’t go so “well”. It’s so easy to start complaining about our problems but this habit is pretty dangerous. Complaining about things doesn’t help you at all. Complaints won’t bring us the solution to our problems, they don’t change the situation. Regrets won’t fix a thing. The only thing that can change the situation is your attitude. Therefore we need to take a moment to reorganize our minds, this is the first step to find a solution. A positive mindset and a positive attitude can lead to a miracle! I don’t know about you but whenever I feel grumpy or anxious I find it so much difficult to think properly. However, if I calm down and I relax for a little bit, new ideas come to me. Have faith my friends💗.

“Granola casera” ideal para el desayuno o la merienda.🍯🥛 Es super sencilla de realizar y mucho más rica que la que venden en las dietéticas.😃 Yo lo acompañé con un yogurt natural y frutas.🍍🍇 ⏺️Ingredientes: • ½ taza de miel (preferentemente orgánica). • ½ taza de aceite de girasol. • 1 cucharada de azúcar integral (opcional). • 3 tazas de avena arrollada. • 1 taza de almendras. • 1 taza de nueces. • 1 cucharada de semillas de lino. • 1 cucharada de semillas de sésamo. • 2 cucharadas de pasas. ✔️Preparación: 1. Picar todos los frutos secos. Reservar 2. Derretir la miel en el fuego o en el microondas hasta que esté bien liquida. 3. En un bowl, mezclar la miel, el aceite, el azúcar, la avena, las semillas y los frutos secos. 4. En una placa, colocar un papel manteca o plancha de silicona y volcar la preparación anterior. 5. Llevar a un horno bajo (170°c) por 20-25´, removiendo cada 10´ con una espátula para que no quede apelmazada. 6. Retirar del horno, dejar enfriar y agregar las pasas de uva.
