MEAL PREPPING Working out is simple. But watching what I eat is hard. And if I don’t meal prep I tend to eat anything which has been the case for some days now. I want to be accountable again. The easiest way to stay on track is prepping my meals. My advise for prepping is choose a day that works for you (me, it is Sundays and Wednesdays). Then make sure you have a good refrigerator and constant power (I know that’s hard in Nigeria. Sigh). Also prep what you enjoy. I’m a lover of chicken ! So that’s usually my protein but I now add fish to spice things up so I’m not bored too. Prepping meals is stressful sometimes but the reward you get ? Amazing. It actually also saves you money and time for the rest of the week. I have just 2 meal prep containers cos from the third I switch it up. I bought mine from @minisonigeria ! Everything is there really !! So I’m having basmati rice with stir fry chicken (love using sweet peppers and carrots). Portioned meals but salads and water keep me full for long. . . By the way this is me 80 percent of the time. I need to buy some more disks though as I transferred them all onto my barbell for a total of 18 kg which I used for the bench press, renegade rows, bicep curls and shoulder press. Well done to my client on her very 1st session.......she hasnt done much #strengthandconditioning training before so.......we started lightly 😋 . . Warm up: Bike, Squat jumps/hold 10 -1 followed by stretches. . . Glute Bridge Drop sets with band 10 reps each weight x3 (30kg to 15kg) . . . Split Squat without weights 8 reps each leg. Box jumps/step ups (21-15-9) 1 minute plank (Repeat x 3) . . . Plate push x 4. 100 skips. Wall Ball x 15. Release press up x 15. Sit ups x 15. (Repeat x 3) . .
