Okay I want in on this! I’m all for making real life style changes, not resolutions so I can have real, lasting change for me and my bubba girl, my sons and Home. A happy mummy exercising self care and awareness is capable of so much more than if I stayed struggling in my rut.... PM me if you want in on the group so you can take part too! . . . #resolutions #newyear #2018 #goaldigger #newyearseve #newyearnewmebullshit #imsoketo2018 #pruvit #pruviteveryday #ketones #ketosis #ketodiet #unicorndrink #fatloss #clearskin #anxiety #depression #bodyimage #bodybuildig #competition #competitiontime #instawin #instafollow #instagood #instadaily #instalike #newbody #changes #goals #winning

It's crazy to think that I'm literally a month and a half past the 3 year mark of my fitness journey... And importantly still going! . I never want to be over 200lbs again, and I'm proud of what I have achieved and look forward to reaching my goal. . To get this far I've had to make changes to my eating, I've had to start exercising every day, and I've had to form new health habits both in my mind and daily activities . 3 years, with 1 of those years being unable to exercise at all because my gallbladder attacks kicked off and I had surgery to remove it because it wasn't functioning . It's been a long time, much willpower and effort, a lost organ for which my digestive system is no longer the same, all because of obesity. But here is the thing... . I've not had to sacrifice the foods I love... the issue for me was over indulgence. So I trained myself to moderate that behaviour . I don't spend hours at the gym... I mean I'm a mom of 3 and I work full time so there's literally NO time, but I CAN give up at least 30 mins a day to work out at home! . And I've actually been happier by educating myself on what is good for and about my body. My mind is on a different path because I'm motivated and passionate about the achievements I've gained in improving my health, and I'm a much more confident person because of it. It's tough at times because I have a poor digestive system now without a Gallbladder but I know what I need to do to make it work, and so far so good 😊 . It's never too late, and always worth it in the long run. If you have health problems, and think it's about time you try to change your life for the better, you must do it! Whatever it takes, there's definitely a way. It's just finding that right way that works best for you. And trust me, there is always a way 😊
