Today was quite successful! Started the day with a short walk, then some meal prep to get me through the day. Apple and cinnamon smooth (homemade), chicken & healthy potato salad, fruit salad, and some rice cakes. Now ending my day with a nice warm cup of chicken soup. Thought (very briefly) about getting fast food on my way home from work, but didn’t need it. Hard weight today. — B2 Pull Ups with 2.5kg added to my fat ass. 5x5 These started easy and got hard very quick. — C1 Band pressdown 100 reps, keep those elbow tendons healthy. — D1 Single Leg Calf raises 12, 10 and 8 reps D2 Hammer Curls 12kg 3x8 felt good. — Good session today.
