🥗Nutritional advice🍱 If you want to get into better physical and mental shape you need to Start with what’s going on your body here’s some helpful starter points 😉 Meal prep Breakfast Water omega 3 porridge berries Eggs omelette/scrambled/pouched Bread thins bacon. Spinach fibre (filler) Lunch Chicken/turkey breast cooked oven olive oil seasoning Bell peppers Tuna Chickpeas fibre Fruits apples/pears Salads (filler) Diners Steak/onions/garlic White fish cod/haddock Avocados Frozen veg bag Green beans Kale (fibre/filler) Snacks Greek yogurt/mixed protein powder Nuts Berries Kcal dence foods Stay away from packaged processed foods where possible They spike insulin which drives blood sugar out of the blood stream. This is a must have! I personally use cookbooks for all the “easy” and “fast” recipes to help build a healthy lifestyle. This cookbook is unique because everything is clinically backed to prevent and reverse disease. It’s about improving organ function in the body, not body fat or muscle gain. If organs work efficiently you can gain muscle and lose body fat. Priority should be disease prevention and optimal organ function first. Right now my industry has it backwards and it’s hurting people! Dr. Greger is a leader in clinical nutrition research and author of the book “How Not To Die.” His story is a good one and he is helping to bring nutrition into medical practices, this is much needed!
