Nothing flashy here. 15 quick pullups before dinner. I also did 10 before taking out the trash and 10 when I came back in. And then I did 5-10 every 5 minutes while prepping for dinner. See where this is going right? The numbers add up and even if you have a busy life, try to find a few minutes here and there to do something physical: pushups, pullups, step in place, yoga, etc. I had a relatively light exercise weekend and I'm gearing up for achieving my goal of 10 muscle ups in a row this week.
