Linda’s #pilatesforgolf exercise featured in the June Issue of @ladygolfermag ⛳️☀️ KNEELING SIDE RAISE • Targets: ℹ️ Outer thighs and the oblique muscles on the side of your body. • Do: ➡️ Start with five to 10 reps on each side, working one side at a time. Once your strength improves, increase the number to three sets of five to 10 reps on each side. • Technique 1️⃣ Start by kneeling with your hips above your knees. Open your hips and keep your spine in line! Place one hand down and at the same time stretch out the opposite leg along the floor. Place your upper hand on your waist. 2️⃣ Lift your leg up from the floor whilst breathing out. When you get stronger start with the leg lifted higher up off the floor and push up from there. 3️⃣ Add circles and kicks forward and back! Remember to breathe out to engage your core and recover whilst you move.
