Lifestyle long term , nothing short term. 💯 * Stay focus and committed to the gym and myself. 💯 * To not give up on myself, to not compare myself to others in the gym.👍 * To trust the process and that everything I’m doing at the gym is for my mental health not the scales. 🙌 I had a deep conversation with my PT @shaletangianau the other day . We need to focus on US, not anyone else at the moment. We don’t have time , and that’s not why we are at the gym. We have to stop comparing ourselves to unrealistic expectations and quick fix diets they are not the key to success. I need to change my mind set at the gym. It’s not about losing 10kgs just like that. We are building at it together but at slow pace. If I don’t change my mind set our hard work is for nothing. 💯. So new gym workouts are ... Morning Bike + Run 15mins each as fast as I can , till I can no longer go or need to walk. ( Killer especially first thing in the morning , but so worth it ) Night Boxing ( This is a killer but I love how my body aches daily) Meals To put only in my body food that comes from the ground or an animal. No process or takeaways. For real though that is going to be hard. 🙌😣 Either way , we got this , day and night. Class set up earlier for a Cardio Circuit class in Castleknock. If you’re training with someone else and looking for a little extra motivation to push through a session because you’re drained with that heat, have you and your partner perform two different exercises. For example, your partner could hold a plank while you do... I dunno, maybe everyone’s favourite move, including mine: burpees. Your partner has to hold that plank until you complete 10 burpees which will make you push faster... unless you’re cruel and take your time which means your partner ends up doing a lot more 😂😂😂 Either way, it’s a win-win to get more out of a session.
