I love my body & who I am. For years people have called me anorexic or have shamed my body. I am proud of who I am. I am proud of my strength and the person that I am. I don’t have an eating disorder. I am a running and I love to workout. I eat healthy as well. If you know someone who does have an eating disorder, be loving towards them instead of condemning. Love others and be there for them. . . . . . #loveyourself #selflove #selfcare #putyourselffirst #bodypositive #bodypositivity #bodyposi #loveothers #finditliveit #makemoments #posttheordinary #thehappynow #livethelittlethings #bedeeplyrooted #visualoflife #liveauthentic #thatsdarling #livebeautifully #lesshustlemoregrace #gracenotperfection #livefullyalive #itiswell #liveunscripted #flashesofdelight #theeverydaygirl
Even though I am a full-time working mom of 2, wife, classroom mom, COACH and member of the HOA social committee (sometimes I feel crazy), I am finding time to exercise. Why? Because I made a promise to myself that I was going to get back to my “me time” routine. I decided to use the quote in the Girl, Wash Your Face book and not lie to myself anymore. I will lose a few pounds before the holiday! . I will NOT wait till January to start and then stop. I started yesterday and will continue. The program is only 25 minutes a day, 6 days a week for 3 weeks!! People in the test group have lost more than 15 lbs.🥳 . Message me, if you need motivation or are just curious how I find time to do it all 🤫 . . . . . . . #fitlife #fitness #startsomewhere #fitjourney #healthyliving #goals #selflove #healthjourney #transformation #weightloss #motivation #progress #momblogger #monfit #positivevibes #nutrition #wellness #lifestyle #Balance #proud #health #metime #lovemykids #momlife #workingmom #momgineer #uplifting #selflove #selfcare #priority #fitlife
Alrighty y’all! Scrolling through my camera roll and i only have two pics from the beginning of my body building journey! • • In the course of a year, I’ve lost between 1-5 pounds (fluctuates a lot) BUT! In my upper body, i can lift 10-20 pounds more in weight! In my legs, i can lift between 80-100 pounds more. Sure my changes aren’t super noticeable. This isn’t a drastic transformation. But when you see yourself every day it’s so hard to notice the little things! • • Y’all, i never step on a scale. I never strive to lose weight. I strive to lift heavy, eat right, and sometimes grow lean muscle. I also strive for MENTAL HEALTH! This year, my mental health has grown tremendously! Let me explain. • • I’ve been in relationships where guys told me I’m too skinny or they prefer “thicker girls” or the ones who make me question lifting at all. I held peoples opinions of me on my shoulders and it WAS NOT OKAY! Now, i lift for me! And i lift to inspire people to not be afraid to be strong! Fitness is more than muscle. It’s growing to know and love your body! To mentally push yourself past walls and grow! Sorry if y’all are disappointed in this transformation, but I’m damn proud of it! 🙌🏼 #mentalhealth #selflove #selfcare #growth
