Finally got back in the gym. 10 mins of stairs, trained shoulders, incline walked for 15 then sat in the sauna. I’ve had a rough week haha came down with the virus from hell on Tuesday and missed 2 days of work then Saturday I was filling the cup with liquid laundry detergent and dropped it. It all splashed up into my face and my eye is all messed up. Still can’t breath great and I have a zombie eye but I needed to finally move lol hide the eye with a hat and got it done. #PFTBARREACH The trick on these is to really let your back stretch and reach in the bottom. You want to exaggerate the stretch in your lats and then drive up hard.
#PFHAMCURLHALFREP Do a 1/2 rep in the top between each full rep. These are tough as hell because all drive and momentum goes out the window. You’ll be forced to use nothing but your hammies to contract through the movement.
