Hello FitFam! So today’s session was alittle mixed, I had the plan to just do biceps but ended up doing alittle freestyle push-ups, different variations... after the biceps. The Ninja Pushups recommended by @minneninja are now up to 10... but it did feel like my head was going to pop off.
