You can have your pizza and eat it too! 🍕🍕 . If you saw my story yesterday you’ll know I made this healthier pizza. It was so good I thought I’d share the full recipe, although it’s really simple! . The two ingredients for the base are: 1 cup of self raising wholemeal flour and half a cup of Greek yoghurt (I used Fage 0% fat but natural yoghurt would work too) . Mix the ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms. I found it worked best using my hands rather than a spoon . Roll out on a surface covered with a bit of extra flour and then add your toppings and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes on 180 degrees c. . I actually pre made the dough and placed it in the fridge in a freezer bag coated in a tiny bit of oil to prevent it from sticking. I found the cold dough was firmer and held together better when rolling but you can skip this step if you’re in a hurry . Try it and let me know what you think! Thanks to Pinterest for the inspo 🙌🏼

My week’s workout has been planned via @sweat. Granted, I’ll be doing additional works outs aside from Kelsey Well’s PWR program, this is a good place to note which muscles are being targeted for the next several days.

This is for anyone who started the 12 Week Challenge last week and, for whatever reason, just wasn't able to get all of the workouts in, or who ended up having a really bad week eating-wise: DO NOT GIVE UP!!! It is not the end of the world if you skipped one of the workouts last week, and it does NOT mean that you should just quit the challenge now. You must keep going!! Part of the challenge is learning not to give up, and that's the part you need to focus on right now 👊🏻. If I decided to quit every time I ate like crap or fudged a workout then I would've stopped a long time ago 😬 -- but I know that the point is to keep pushing through, week after week. You cannot let what happened last week impact what happens this week!! ***Long post alert!! *** Yesterday I had my first ‘trolling’ experience..... I find it so sad that someone would actually do this to someone to who is trying to better themselves.. this is just me, trying to make a healthier lifestyle for myself and to lose some weight along the way... Even more so, the person who wrote these comments is actually someone on their own fitness journey - albeit an incredibly arrogant and self indulgent one.... but hey, everyone’s journey out there is completely different to the next person’s so who are we to put a downer on someone’s lifestyle and own choices. Luckily I’m a very strong person so their silly comments do not get to me.... 🥚30 days of Cooking with oils #day13 🥚 . . Spinach & Tomato Omelette 🍃🍅 . . RECIPE: Crack 3 cruelty free, free range or organic eggs into a bowl & season with S&P. Add a splash of @pureharvest Cocoquench Coconut milk and 1 drop of doTERRA Rosemary oil (or basil, or marjoram oil). Stir well or whisk to combine. Chop your spinach and tomato. . Pour 2 dessertspoonfuls of your garlic oil (see recipe in a post a few days back) into a frying pan, when oil is HOT, pour in your egg mixture. Swirl your egg around the pan for a minute or so then add your spinach, chopped tomato and nutritional yeast (or goats cheese!). Cover the pan with a lid to cook the egg and veggies through. (This only take a few minutes). When golden on the bottom, flip the omelette in half and serve! . . 🍃 Please ensure you only cook with quality essential oils.
