PRAISE THE LORDDDDDD I finally feel like an actual HUMAN today. I meant to share what happened and why I was in the ER muuuuch sooner, but I’ve been sickkkk and haven’t even had the energy to get off the couch let alone write a post about it all. I’ll share soon, but in the mean time, I’ve got something to sayyyy! . Ya know what's really awesome?? 🙌 . I was just talking to one of my amazing friends who got started in my mini challenges about six months ago, and just changing up her eating habits, choosing some cleaner options, and moving her body, she has lost over 30 pounds!! How freakin amazing is that!? 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ . It's not rocket science, and it makes me sad that so many of us COMPLICATE this process! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ . 🍞 You don't need to cut out all your carbs. 🥬 You don't need to be on a crazy calorie deficit. 🌮 You don't need to stop eating all the foods you LIKE. . Just eat clean most of the time! (I can teach you how!) Just move your body and enjoy your life! (I can hook you up with SIMPLE workouts!) Drink your water and choose whole foods over processed foods! It's so simple! . 👉 Don't forget about my NEW program launching NOW. I have filled all but five spots! I’ve been off of social media for days because I was laid out sicker than I’ve been in a long, long time! I’ve got a good emergency room story for you coming up in the next couple of days so keep your eyes peeled! Talk about keeping life interesting. Have you ever been in an ambulance? I can officially say I have been and it was the most terrifying experience of my entire life 😓😓😓😓😓
Arguably one of the best trips of my life. 👯‍♀️💗 18 girls from all around the nation coming together for the @toneitup studio live event last May! 💪🏼💦 Workouts the day before with @remykam at @cyclehouse and @marisa_herron at @barrysbootcamp and post event party ALL NIGHT at @pumprestaurant and @theabbeyweho 🙌🏼 Only to wake up two hours later and get on a plane to head home at 5am. 😂😂 Every single Tone It Up trip I have gone on has given me amazing memories and even more amazing friends!! 😘👯‍♀️❤️

Good morning 🌞 Been a while since I last posted but I'm still here; just a bit preoccupied. No classes last week but much power walking daily after work except Friday which was my rest day. Saturday was Pilates Barre followed by holiday and grocery shopping. Sunday was a full rest day. Yesterday was an unscheduled active rest day. So, this morning I had to kick 🍑! It's hard nowadays to workout with my new neighbor downstairs so I chose to do the DMs + an abs and booty routine. It's #twistytuesday so I intend to take a yoga class later today.
