Do you drink enough water? 💦💦💦 I have an informative group starting up on October 29th for 2 weeks that will be sharing the benefits and some helpful tips to add more water to your daily routine! 💦💦💦 Whether you don't drink water at all, you only have one cup, or you drink water everyday, but you don't know how much, this is for you! 💦💦💦 More water = More weight loss. Yes, you can lose weight just by drinking the amount of water suggested daily. Water doesn't taste good? Guess what, you can easily acquire a taste for it and there are ways to drink it with flavor. Why? Because believe it or not, your body CRAVES WATER!!!! 💦💦💦 I personally have removed soda from my diet just by learning about water and it's importance! 💦💦💦 No diet, no gimmick! The photo on the left was taken 6/29/18, 2 weeks before I made a commitment to myself to stick to a workout and nutrition plan. The photo on the right was taken 10/12/18. I started seeing this change in my face 2 weeks into my 21 day program and more positive physical changes followed! . I’ll share before/after shots as soon as I finish my current 8 week program. I’m on my 3rd week and already amazed at the physical change happening and more importantly, how I FEEL in terms of energy and my ability to deal with day to day stressors. . Ya know how they say opposites attract? Well, that isn’t really the case for us. We are pretty much the same on most things..but the biggest difference is how we are in crowds/when we first meet people. __ (that and not agreeing what side of the shower you get in on and how to say apricot 😂 that’s for you all who voted and messaged me last week from my story) __ My hubs can walk in to a room not knowing one soul, and within 5 minutes be friends with half the people there, chatting away, laughing as if they’ve known each other for years. Me? That’s pretty much my worst nightmare. I’m a spaz when you get to know me, but at first I’m REALLY shy. And between that and my RBF (😂 it’s true) new crowds really freak me out..always have. And it’s been one of my biggest insecurities my whole life, which makes it that much worse. It’s a cycle. __ So one of the reasons I think me and my husband work so well together is because he has always brought me out of my shell. He is my safe haven and I kind of have this calm with him, I can be more myself. When I’m by myself...well, I’m still working on that. But let me tell you I’m WAY better than I used to be. And that’s the important thing, you don’t have to change 100% overnight. Slow changes add up to big progress over time. I already have my soulmate in life, so I kinda have my soulmate in job now, as cheesy as that sounds. But one of the biggest parts of my job is working on yourself, so then you can help others. And that has been huge for me. In fitness, yes. But in so much more than that too. I’m coming out of my shell. To say I’ve been in a funk this week is an understatement. We have 16 weeks done with only 2.5 weeks left of academy school for Ross and I’m beyond thrilled to see the light at the end of the tunnel. This season of our life has been challenging but it’s a reminder that we make a better team together ❤️ Today Aynsleigh and I got to spend the beautiful day with the Johnson’s the friends that always keep it upbeat, fun and exciting — exactly what we needed. It seriously took everything I had to workout tonight. I’m in such a funk, and I’ve been eating EVERYTHING!!! I swear I’m stress/anxiously eating, and I find myself reaching for any and everything I can find. I decided it was time, I was going to go to bed at like 7 because why not lol instead went to the garage and pressed play. I am loving the awesome people in my group right now!! Everyone is hustling and motivated to get their workouts in and kick some butt!! It’s never too late to join us, unless you don’t. Just like my workouts..it’s never too late unless you give up and never show up. I don’t want to quit on myself, and I have goals. I need to keep my goals in mind and keep moving forward!! I can’t believe it’s the middle of October and the holidays are around the corner 🙈 it’s time to get my life together lol stressed or not...I need to focus and remember I am too blessed to be stressed. There is always something to be thankful for, and someone out there is probably having a worse day than me. I don’t normally post things like this to Instagram, but I was totally horrified yesterday when I looked at my memories and decided I needed to share! 😱 Two years, two babies, and only around a 5 pound difference between these two photos. ✋ if you’ve ever snapped a picture of yourself and then immediately deleted it because you weren’t happy with what you saw? ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Yep. I used to do that almost every time I took a picture of myself. ⠀ ⠀ And while that habit has dramatically changed for me (hello, I take selfies for a living now), over the past few weeks… and the whole summer if I’m being honest, I’ve felt bloated and fluffy along with having skin + major hormonal issues. ⠀ ⠀ I blamed it on being post partum. ⠀ But that was a lie. ⠀ ⠀ It’s my habits. ⠀ It’s the excess food I’ve been eating. ⠀ It’s the alcohol. ⠀ It’s the avoidance of cardio (bc I hate it). ⠀ It’s the little things that I kept telling myself were insignificant that absolutely were not. ⠀ ⠀ I’m putting my foot down. ⠀ ⠀ Next Monday I’m going back to what I know served me best...⠀ ⠀ 👉THIS program that gave me confidence again at 7 months postpartum, 21 days that challenged me mentally and physically, that provided the tools to NOT want to delete pictures of yourself before Thanksgiving arrives.⠀ ⠀ It is a way to TREAT yourself to feeling and looking your best. Well, gymnastics was a hit! So much fun and we both got in a nice little workout! 💪🏼 I’m so excited for the next session to start! 💕💕
Day 16 of 80 :: Booty Day 🍑 I started out the year with this program and it legit CHANGED MY LIFE ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Before I started, I was at a plateau and just couldn’t motivate myself to workout. So I got this program (meal plan included) and had access to an accountability group which helped me push through the hard days! That was such a relief bc it was so easy breaking promises to myself but NOT to the other people in my group! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Accountability with this program helped me lose 16 lbs, a stronger mindset & more love for my body!! That’s pretty incredible for an unmotivated busy mama of 2! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I love this program so much that I’m finishing out the year with round 2.
