Last nights dinner! I can’t take credit for this lovely green curry because it’s take out. The reason I’m posting this is to show an example of a healthier takeout option! Instead of pairing this with white rice, I cooked up quinoa as the base. I put the green curry on the stove and added A LOT of kale to bulk it up and let it wilt. BOOM! Easy Peasy and DELICIOUS! 😋

Me #2 thinks DAMN GIRL look how far you’ve come, look at those toned arms, look how hard you are smiling! THAT’s cause you are HAPPY! You’re bumps and dimples are beautiful! All of you! . It’s sooooo easy to tear a picture a part! To tear yourself apart! My self love and confidence is a roller coaster. Sometimes it’s high, sometimes it’s low, but the lows are higher than before and the highs only reach higher and higher. . I hope you know you are beautiful! I hope you know you are loved! I’ve been a little MIA because I’ve been hanging out with characters like these all weekend. It was my first time Disney World, and I had a BLAST. That being said - my body has felt horrible all day. 3 days of not working out and not eating very clean has me grumpy (sorry #tiuhusband). Even though there was no time to meal prep yesterday, today was a good day to get back on track. Checkin for today’s post work PMWO 🍑🍑🍑booty day!!! I keep telling myself quality over quantity and not till I read a post from @nursecassiegetstonedup tonight did I decide ya know what? So what if I didn’t do more than these two videos tonight? At least I got up from the couch 🛋 from watching tv and did them and did something. I am starting to realize more each day that this journey is mine and mine alone. I had previously scaled down my workouts to 4 days a week bc doing 40-60 mins of working out between the daily moves, studio class, and yoga was too much for my body and what it is up against. I keep telling myself too that I am not a youngin and I am doing so much better for my quality of life now in my 40’s than I ever did in my 20’s!! 🎉 So, no, I will do what works for me and I am thankful to myself for finally realizing this and owning it. I will hold my head high and not feel bad or not good enough bc I didn’t work out long enough or what I think doesn’t line up with what I “should do”. That way of thinking negative about myself has led me down a dark path for too long of feeling left out or not good enough for this community. So tonight that stops and will be no more! 😊I love my movement of 20-30 mins a day which works great for me. So back at it with 5 days a week! 🎉 P.S. haha workouts- that’s what I was trying to tell ya before I sidetracked with some pent up feelings that just exploded out of me. HA! 😂 ▶️The workouts were Day 24 of the True Yoga series and then 🍑booty firming barre/yoga time with my girl @katrinaascott 😽 Hope everyone had a great day!
