Have you tried the new @3bearsporridge porridge Dreierlei Beere yet? I was super excited to be one of the first ones who had the chance and I would definitely say it’s my new favorite. 😋 if you don’t have time to have porridge in the morning, how about these berrylicious grab and go banana oat breakfast muffins? 🐻🍓🍌 * 200g Spelt flour 100g dreierlei Beere 3 Bears Porridge 3 TL Backing powder 75g Raw cane sugar 1 Prise Salt 2 ripe bananas 1 Flax Egg 150ml Oat milk 50ml Sunflower seed oil 200g Berries (I used raspberries, blueberries & blackberries) More 3 Bears Porridge for sprinkling • Prepare the flax egg and mash the banana. Mix all ingredients and divide into 12 muffin tins. Sprinkle with more oats and bake at 200c/350f for 20-25min.
As much as I loved eating all the local Hawaiian food on our trip, I’m so excited to get back to homemade meals🌈✨. I did my best to eat pretty close to how I do at home but towards the end of our trip I really let loose😅. It’s interesting to notice the sugar cravings start to intensify and my hunger levels start to become more erratic. Nothing that a few days of normal eating can’t fix. Big veggie bowls like this one always do the trick. Here I have shredded carrots, cabbage, roasted sweet potatoes and avocado on a big bed of baby spinach tossed in avocado oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
