Tahir'e o gün olan o güzel şeyi büyük bir hevesle, sevinçle bir bir anlattı Nefes. Tahirse dinlerken hem mutlu oldu hem de gurur duydu karısıyla. Bir günde başardıkları hissettikleri Tahir'e de en az Nefes kadar iyi gelmiş olacak ki daha o gün 'duramıyorum' dediği kumlukta ertesi gün rahat rahat oturup çayını yudumladı. "Tahir sana bir şey itiraf edeyim mi? Ben bugün bunları yaparken kendimi çok güçlü hissettim. Bir şeyler yapacağım için heyecanlandım. Ayaklarımın üstünde durabileceğime inandım.." Nefes kendi için aldığı kararı uygulamaya aldığı gibi, sonuçlarını da almaya başlamıştı işte. "Bunca şiddete rağmen hayatta kaldım. Ama gerçek başarı hayatta kalmak değil ki. Hayatına yön verebilmek. Hayatını kendi ellerine alabilmek.." Babasıyla yaşarken onun istediği gibi bir hayatı yaşamış Nefes. Sonra hiç istemediği o evde zorla tutulurken yine bir adamın, Vedat'ın, istediği hayatı yaşamış. Kaçıp kurtulduğunda her ne kadar canı pahasına onu korusa da Tahir de Nefes'in hayatına sürekli müdahelede bulunmadı mı? Gitmek istedi, yollamadı. Evlenirken fikrini sormadan 'evleniyoruz, bitti' dedi. Hiç gitmek istemediği halde Rusya'ya gönderecekti. Ve bundan daha fazlası... Tahir de isteyerek ya da istemeyerek, doğru ya da yanlış Nefes'in hayatını yönlendirdi. Kimse ona sen ne düşünüyorsun, sen nasıl istersin diye sormadı. Şimdi Nefes bu yüzden kendi hayatını eline almak için bu adamdan da bir süre uzak durmak istiyor işte. Hiçbir erkeğin müdahalesinin bulunmadığı bu gücü kendi kazanmak istiyor. "Gerçekten sevmek sevdiğinin göğsüne sığmaktır, sığınmak değil. Sevdiğinin göğsünde uyuyabilmektir." I got to see the actual house that Lars von Trier used in his latest film “The House That Jack Build”. FYI if you that haven’t watched the film yet.. Yes it is a house made out of dead bodies.

NOODLES DE ARROZ CON FALSA BOLOÑESA Y HUEVO POCHE🍜 Hace unos días vi en @danzadefogones como hacer una boloñesa sin carne (👆🏽no soy vegana pero quería probarla, tenía muy buena pinta) y hoy me he decidido por prepararla con noodles de arroz y huevo poche, plato ideal que vi 👀de @real_and_not_perfect . 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 1️⃣Para preparar la falsa boloñesa he utilizado: 200 grs de soja texturizada🍂, media cebolla, 40 grs de salsa de tomate natural🍅, hierbas provenzales 🌿, 75 ml de agua y 75 ml de caldo de verduras . Elaboración: dejamos en remojo💧 la soja texturizada durante 10’ y mientras vamos picando la cebolla. Pasados los 10’ escurrimos la soja y la metemos en una cazuela con aove y las hierbas provenzales y removemos a fuego lento hasta que se queda doradita. La separamos, y en la misma cazuela cocemos la cebolla. Mezclamos la soja con la cebolla y añadimos la salsa de tomate, el agua y el caldo, y lo dejamos cocer a fuego lento durante 20’ hasta que la soja los absorba 2️⃣Para los noodles de arroz🍜: ponemos una cazuela con abundante agua a fuego rápido hasta que hierva, cuando empieza a hervir paramos el fuego y ponemos los noodles durante 4’ 3️⃣Para el huevo poche🥚: preparamos el huevo con papel film y con un hilo hacemos el paquetito. Mientras hervimos el agua, y una vez este caliente añadimos el huevo y lo dejamos 4-5’. Cuando esté listo lo metemos en un bol con agua y hielo para cortar la cocción Montamos el plato (yo lo he adornado con semillas de sésamo) y LISTO PARA COMER🍽 .
