I am awake and ready to chase down my dreams. I dream of the day when essential oils and other natural solutions are our first thought when we struggle with emotional or physical barriers to health. Those things that keep us from being at our best. “Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life.” This to me, means paying attention first to attaining and maintaining health- if we give our bodies more of what it needs and less of what it doesn’t, it will go to work to heal itself. This means decreasing the toxic load, and making sure we are getting the proper nutrients, enough water and sleep. Managing stress. I am on a mission to educate and empower people to take control of their healthcare, starting at home! I have seen thousands of people get their lives back just by taking a few supplements and tapping into the power of pure essential oils. So many more need to know! I am also working to provide evidence and education within the health care system so that when we do need medicine, those who provide it will be more aware of the effectiveness of essential oils and can work with what we are already doing...or even give another natural solution suggestion! As a nurse, i am convinced that our health care system would be radically reformed by essential oils in every home - with someone educated in how to use them! I am expanding my team! I am looking for others who would want to join me, in making the world a better place for those we meet along this journey! No sleeping with these dreams, I am awake and ready to chase them down! Try this amazing recipe from HSE; Emerald Kale Salad, sesame ginger dressing, avocado, edamame, scallions, orange zest, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. // ANXIETY… is a 🤬 bitch // . .. I LOVE snowboarding🏂 It’s soooo much fun BUT I’m actually deadset scared of highs & well those mountains are HIGH! .. = My anxiety sometimes kicks off😥 . .. For people who don’t know or understand anxiety, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. It’s something that I struggle with & I wanted to just share & hopefully help someone else that also might struggles with this. .. I know how extremely hard it is to come out of it once you are in it. Breathing, mediation all works to an extent for myself, but what I have noticed for Me is that understanding it | Working out where it's coming from & trying to fix the root of the cause . .. 🌟Eg. On the mountain, HIGHTS😥.. That was the root of the cause – So I used little things like, focus on your turns, focus on what’s just infront of you. Told myself how much fun boarding is, & how many times have I been up the top & made it down… Finding the root | understanding it | & solving the problem! Our mind is a powerful thing😊 . .. In order to make my goals and dreams a reality I knew I needed to put myself out there. It’s easy for me to withdraw and let myself be overcome by fear. I let worry and hesitation take over and then I end up missing out on awesome opportunities. I used to care too much about what others thought and not enough about how I saw myself overall. It’s taken a long time to get to a place where I understand self love and the power it has. I realized that I needed to stop with the self sabotage. So here I am, putting myself out there. Before the thought of coaching even entered my mind I never would have considered posting selfies let alone a transformation picture. What you see here is not someone looking for compliments or reassurance. Here you see a confident Sav who is comfortable in her own skin. I am now happily energetic and you better believe that I look forward to my workouts everyday. It’s now a time where I can zone out from my daily stressors and tune into how much stronger my mind and body are becoming. Who would have thought that 21 days into a fitness program that I’d be jumping into becoming a coach and continuing my own path to happiness? I sure as hell didn’t. I was so skeptical at the start, so skeptical that it took me almost a year to make this change. I wish I had started sooner, but it couldn’t have come at a better time. I think the moment it all clicked for me was after week 1. I had finished out a weeks worth of putting my health and fitness a priority and I starting asking myself, why aren’t more people doing this? It’s crazy how easy implementing healthy habits into your life can be when you have the support to do it! In the end it was me who decided to take a leap of faith in the program as well as myself, but overall, it’s the other women who I identified with in every way that made me feel like I could do anything. So here we are. Don’t wait as long as I did. Put yourself first so you can be the best version of yourself. Do it for you, do it for your family, do it for your significant other, do it because there really is no reason NOT to start taking care of you. You only have one body, so treat it with the respect it deserves 🕉
