who’s with me??! 🤪 so happy it’s friday, but i definitely try to live my life lately being happy and grateful for every single day (even monday 🙄😂💕). ten hours of work until three days off (gotta love #nurselife hours sometimes 🙌🏻). it is officially the time in january where everyone burns out and loses sight of all the resolutions and goals they set just a few weeks earlier. let’s all spread love and motivation to those around us so we all can succeed together🌎.

💥MASTER THE MORNING WORKOUT💥 . ❓Did you know willpower and self-control is at its highest first thing in the morning? This is why you seldom hear about people blowing their diet first thing in the morning. . 🏋🏼‍♀️This is also why people who workout in the early hours of the day are far more likely to make it a habit for the long-term. Like, over 50% more likely. . If you're someone who struggles to get to gym later in the day due to exhaustion or feeling demotivated, you may want to consider switching things up a bit and aiming for a morning workout instead. . As someone who did this for years, I can tell you that it totally sucks the first week or two, but like all habits — eventually you'll find your groove and it will become your new normal. Just be prepared to practice patience and stick with it. . That said, you *can* make the process easier by eliminating as many barriers as possible.
