Next time you’re at the gym give this #madebyjade kettlebell flow a try! • • 10 reps/side alternating hands for 20 total reps, aim for 3-5 sets depending on ability level. I used a 35 KB but scale accordingly. Plenty of rest between sets for quality reps. • • I love kettlebells for a few reasons. Picking up a barbell and moving in the Sagittal plane is great but it’s also easy and not particularly cognitively demanding (oly lifts excepted). Kettlebells are great for our super mobile shoulder joints because they help train stability. You can also use them to move in all 3 plans of motion. In this flow I demonstrate a great way to move in the #transverseplane by adding a twist during the single arm press. • • My #frontalplangainz still need a ton of work but I’m playing around with that and plan to start recording my development • • If I’m in a freeze state and I need to flow but don’t feel like I can fight it out, I go to kettlebells, they get my brain online and help me flow in unparalleled ways. • • Mind and body tribe, mind and body.
