I haven't been out on my bedroom deck in a long while now. Maybe it's because the door leading out is blocked by my bedside table, or maybe it's because I've made excuses. One of my goals this year is to quit making damn excuses & to beat social anxiety. Gotta start giving a big F U to my nerves & start with being the fun person I've always been. To my friends, I will try harder. Bring it on, 2018.

So nervous about this post, but hey, it'll help me stay accountable. I used to run 5 miles 5 days a week & only drink tea and smoothies. I was training & eating improperly. But I learned the hard way that once you go back to eating normal, your hard work is lost. Today marks 1 year of completely changing my lifestyle. I am down 10 lbs of fat & 3 lbs of muscle. I now properly weight train 3-5x a week with 2 days of HIIT & 1 rest day. I am slowly cutting out dairy as it has been breaking me out. @gymshark has really motivated me to get moving because duh, their clothing is EVERYTHING. ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ Tip:: Get yourself a cute workout outfit & hopefully it'll inspire you ;) .....RANT OVER.....
